Territory Manager for Spinal Cord Stimulator

Boston Scientific Neuromodulation invites you to join a team focused on improving patient lives through technology and service. Our leadership in Pain Management Solutions—including Spinal Cord Stimulation, Radio frequency Ablation, and Interspinous Decompression Spacers—leverages our passion to advance medical breakthroughs.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on patient care, cultivate and prospect a designated customer base in an assigned geographic area, act on leads, and position our products and services versus competitors. Ensure territory meets or exceeds all goals by driving sales revenue, assessing competitor strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with the Regional Business Director and other team members to develop sales strategies.
  • Oversee the entire SCS process of patient care—including pre‑surgical education, post‑surgical follow‑ups, and long‑term device care—while building a referral base of physicians, OR staff, and hospital personnel.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulation products and applications, support physicians’ use of our products in the OR and with patients, and translate technical and clinical knowledge into customer and patient loyalty.
  • Provide and receive coaching, give and receive open and honest feedback, and develop high‑performing teams by fostering cooperation, communication, and cohesion to achieve goals.
  • Translate business strategy into clear objectives by maintaining pricing discipline, anticipating problems, and establishing procedures for meeting goals; demonstrate financial management principles at the territory level; and collaborate with Regional Business Director, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and National Accounts to enhance sales success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum two years of sales and/or clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or another science field.
Compensation

The anticipated annualized base amount for this full‑time position is $80,000
, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan and core benefits offered at Boston Scientific.
