We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on the hunt, opening doors, winning new accounts, and building revenue from the ground up. This role is focused on aggressive new business development, strategic prospecting, and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships across the region. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals (site accounts $500K+).
  • Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, and strategic territory planning.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and identify solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights.
  • Expand business within assigned territories and major accounts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with small to midsize accounts ($50K–$2M).
  • Partner with internal teams to develop tailored sales presentations.
  • Conduct follow‑up meetings, proposals, and pricing discussions.
  • Build long‑term client relationships that support ongoing and repeat business.
  • Accurately document sales activities in
  • Maintain awareness of staffing, HR, and local market conditions.
  • Travel within the local market to support business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–9 years of outside B2B sales experience; staffing industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven success selling to medium and large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office;  experience preferred.
