Rental Coordinator – Equipment Share

Build the Future with Us – Equipment Share is hiring a Rental Coordinator for our facility in Memphis, TN. Join us to help transform an industry stuck in the past through innovative technology, real‑time support, and a team that truly cares.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Overtime pay after 40 hours.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process.
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how Equipment Share can save and help them operate more efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring 100% satisfaction and keeping them informed about new opportunities.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
