Overview
Territory Sales Manager – Higher Education - Memphis
ECA Recruiters is partnering with a proven, mission-driven leader in higher education digital learning solutions to hire a Territory Sales Manager covering Memphis
.
This is an outside sales role calling on established university accounts and working directly with professors, deans, and academic leaders.

- Established university accounts (not a cold territory)
- Clear territory with strong institutional presence
- Competitive compensation with bonus potential
- Car allowance + all business expenses covered
- Manage and grow higher education accounts across the greater Memphis area
- Sell digital education solutions to professors, deans, and decision-makers
- Work with some of the largest universities in the region
- Travel up to 25% overnight during academic semesters
- Drive revenue through consultative, relationship-based selling
- Sales or territory management experience (education or B2B preferred)
- Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with academic stakeholders
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Willingness to travel within the territory
- Bachelor’s degree (
BA or BS required
) - Base salary up to $75K
- Car allowance + paid travel
