City Auto Memphis is hiring a full-time Automotive Digital Sales Representative to connect with customers online, manage internet leads, create engaging social media content, and help drive dealership sales opportunities.

Your Day-to-Day

Your day will include responding to online leads, answering customer questions, following up through phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and setting appointments for interested vehicle shoppers.

You’ll use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-up, and stay organized. You’ll also create digital content such as photos, short videos, reels, and social media posts to help promote vehicles and drive customer engagement across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.

This role blends automotive sales, internet lead management, BDC support, social media marketing, appointment setting, customer service, and digital sales strategy.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers, comfortable using technology, and motivated by results. You should be able to move quickly, stay organized, and deliver a positive customer experience from the first online interaction.

Requirements include:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools and online lead management
  • Experience or interest in social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple customer conversations at once
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Experience in automotive sales, internet sales, BDC, customer service, digital marketing, inside sales, or social media sales preferred
Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. City Auto Memphis offers a 4-day workweek option and 5 consecutive days off each month. Our dealership is also closed on Sundays.
