Job Type: Full-time Hybrid - Field & Office
Location: Memphis, TN
Compensation: $52K-$175K per year (Draw + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
Delta Construction and Restoration is hiring a Construction & Restoration Sales Manager to own the Memphis, TN territory and build referral relationships with insurance agents and fire departments across the metro. This is a field-based role for someone who wants to run a territory like their own business.
Who You Are- At least 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in construction, restoration, or a closely related trade
- A valid driver's license
- Equally comfortable in a fire station and an insurance office, professional without being polished into in authenticity
- Treat a territory like a business you personally own, not a job you complete for someone else
- Play the long game, value trust over transactions, and understand that referrals are earned
- Take pride in working a plan consistently, even on days when nothing is on the calendar and no one is watching
- Believe documenting your work and keeping the team informed is part of doing the job right
- Serve residential and commercial property owners across the Memphis metro with restoration and insurance restoration work

- Do not cut corners in the field or in the office, and hold ourselves to IICRC standards
- Back up sales promises with a production team that delivers
- Execute a Target Marketing Plan focused on insurance agents and fire departments
- Build a structured call and visit rotation across your assigned territory
- Document every call, visit, email, and presentation in the company CRM
- Generate qualified leads that convert to job starts across our service lines
- Deliver lunch-and-learns and CE presentations to referral partners
- Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, property owners, and our operations team
- $52K-$175K OTE (Draw + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
- Field-based role with real autonomy to run your territory
- Mileage reimbursed for territory travel
- Direct line to the President for weekly pipeline and strategy review
- A production team that protects the relationships you build
