Job Description

If you are looking to work as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and promote innovative, clinically proven products, we want to talk to you. We are dedicated to improving patients’ lives and continually expanding our sales force across the United States. This role is ideal for those without prior pharma experience who wish to launch a career in a leading company.

Responsibilities
  • Show accountability, positivity, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence.
  • Demonstrate self‑motivation, independence, and initiative while achieving short‑ and long‑term goals.
  • Quickly gain knowledge of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings.
  • Understand product clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines, using that knowledge to deliver information in a sales environment.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands, achieving consistent sales growth.
  • Promote products ethically and in compliance with the company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Sales ability and some sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for excellence and embrace of competition.
  • Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
  • Documented leadership ability.
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
