Inside Sales Representative

Role:

Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative focused on the Endocrinology/Diabetes space.

• Promote products by phone, delivering accurate information on features, benefits, and utilization to Healthcare Professionals.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with targeted accounts and physicians.
• Coordinate sales strategies with team members to maximize territory sales.
• Maintain professionalism, active listening, and decision-making skills in real-time interactions.
• Handle multiple tasks, including navigating CRM systems and providing complete information.
• Adapt flexibly to business needs, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience and 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or Endocrinology/Diabetes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates action orientation, drive, sales persuasion, perseverance, ingenuity, and adaptability.

This role offers a base pay of $30-$33/hour, with potential bonuses, incentives, and benefits, emphasizing integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
