We're looking for energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent a nationally recognized premium tobacco brand at retail locations throughout your territory. In this highly interactive role, you'll engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather consumer feedback, and distribute promotional offers.

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives
• Educate consumers on available promotions
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable approaching and engaging consumers in a retail environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
