Memphis, TN | Full-Time | $75,000–$120,000+ Per Year (Base + Commission)

• Perform in-home inspections of foundation, crawlspace, and basement issues
• Educate homeowners and build trust through consultative selling
• Present custom repair solutions and close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage appointments through CRM tools
• Collaborate with project and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work evenings and Saturdays as needed (homeowner availability)

• Pre-set appointments & inbound leads — no cold calling required
• Uncapped commission with high income potential
• Paid, hands-on training — no prior experience in foundation repair needed
