Position: HP Retail Sales Associate (Part‑time)

Location:

Best Buy 165 – Memphis, TN 38133 (Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores)

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week;
Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available.

Pay: $16.00 per hour.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Engage customers to build rapport and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Report daily sales activity and competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Ensure the kiosk or workstation is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Commitment to customer confidentiality and integrity.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm; outgoing personality with eagerness to learn.
• Customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus; training or product demonstration experience is a plus.

• Stable, weekly schedule with next‑day pay on-demand through Daily Pay.
• Paid training completed online.
