Licensed Health Insurance Agent

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support members of leading health plans in a remote contact center environment. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, explain plan options and benefits, and guide eligible individuals through compliant health insurance enrollment. You will use CRM and call center tools to document interactions accurately while meeting quality, sales, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on health plan options and benefits
• Assess member needs and recommend suitable health insurance products
• Complete accurate and compliant enrollments and updates in systems
• Adhere to CMS, state, and client-specific regulations and scripts
• Meet or exceed quality, sales, and productivity targets
• Document all interactions clearly in CRM and related tools
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve processes and member experience
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on plans, policies, and regulations
