Eyewear Architect

At Eclectic Eye, we believe eyewear should be as individual as the person wearing it. As an Eyewear Architect, you'll help customers discover eyewear that reflects their personality, style, vision needs, and lifestyle-while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. No optical specific experience is required.

This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted eyewear expert, guiding customers through frame selection, measurements, fitting, styling, and follow-up.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the entire eyewear experience.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their individual vision, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
• Help customers discover and select frames and lenses that best suit their needs and personal style.
• Take accurate measurements and provide professional frame fitting and adjustments.
• Educate customers about eyewear brands, frame materials, lens options, and care.
• Collaborate with optometrists and certified opticians to ensure a seamless experience from eye exam through eyewear delivery.
• Partner with our lab to develop and coordinate custom eyewear solutions when appropriate.
• Stay knowledgeable about our independent eyewear collections, brands, products, and evolving industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training, team-building activities, and product education.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.
• Provide thoughtful follow-up and ensure customers are completely satisfied with their eyewear.
• Contribute to a positive team culture built around collaboration, creativity, expertise, and phenomenal service.
