National Accounts Inside Sales Support Representative | Memphis, TN

We're seeking a customer-focused professional to support a growing national accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, preparing quotes, managing orders, and proactively following up on new business opportunities.

• Connect with dealer and branch locations within established national accounts
• Introduce available products, services, pricing programs, and ordering options
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities
• Assist customers with product selection, availability, lead times, and order placement
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, quotes, orders, and follow-up
• Re-engage inactive accounts and help increase participation across assigned locations
• Partner with internal sales, customer service, operations, and accounting teams to resolve customer needs

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account management, or a similar role
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing customer relationships
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage quotes, pricing, and orders
• Comfortable learning products and explaining options to customers
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems is a plus
