Inside Sales Associate

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customer relationships, sales operations, and commercial growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working directly with customers, collaborating across departments, and contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and outside sales representatives.
• Provide pricing, product information, production schedules, and shipping updates to customers.
• Coordinate with production teams to manage order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
• Partner with freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Maintain and update customer pricing information and records.
• Generate and distribute sales reporting and business data.
• Assist with customer return and material authorization processes.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel capabilities such as pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated professional with a customer-focused mindset and high level of professionalism.
