• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and financing options
• Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve sales goals
• Continuously learn about Toyota products, market trends, and customer preferences

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
