Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to clients and visitors within the location.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
