Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential apartment location.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, assisting with visitor interactions, policy awareness, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns to the appropriate contact.;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with residents and management, and completing assigned reports and/or logs in a timely manner.
