** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential apartment location.

+ Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, building entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, assisting with visitor interactions, policy awareness, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns to the appropriate contact.

+ Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with residents and management, and completing assigned reports and/or logs in a timely manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
