Security Officer Site Patrol

Security Officer Site Patrol in Memphis, TN – you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support daily operations through teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity with Allied Universal.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify potential concerns and report security‑related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policy, and help to deter unauthorized activity or policy violations.
• Support order at the location by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, while following post orders and established incident reporting procedures.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
