Security Officer Armed Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response protocols within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activities and communicating with site contacts and first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, verifying credentials and/or permissions while reporting unusual behavior, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Support Allied Universal and site leadership with security-related assignments, including incident reporting, radio communication, de-escalation support, and adherence to post orders and applicable use-of-force guidelines
