Oversee weekend security operations across multiple sites by maintaining coverage, conducting inspections, and ensuring all guards meet company standards in an active field environment.

Executive Force Security is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor / Coverage Officer to support weekend operations across multiple active sites.

This is a high-responsibility field role focused on maintaining coverage, enforcing standards, and ensuring all locations operate smoothly. You will be expected to move between sites, make real-time decisions, and take ownership of weekend operations.

This is not a stationary position

• Fill open posts and respond to call-offs
• Travel between multiple locations to conduct site inspections
• Ensure guards are on post, in proper uniform, and performing duties
• Maintain a strong and professional presence at all sites
• Respond to incidents and operational issues
• Communicate with field leadership

• Minimum 4+ years of security experience (required)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Active guard license required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be dependable, responsive, and professional
• Must be able to travel between multiple locations
• Must be willing to cover posts as needed
• Must remain active in the field throughout the shift
• Must be reachable at all times during scheduled hours

Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
