Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to coordinate and supervise security personnel across shifts at our Medical Center in Memphis. You will lead a team, ensure adequate staffing within budget, and report on shift activities to maintain safety for patients, visitors and staff.
The role requires 5 years in law enforcement or security with supervisory experience, plus relevant training. A law enforcement/criminal justice background and driving ability are essential.
