• Framing repairs and light modifications
• Door/window installation and trim‑out
• Baseboard, casing, crown, and finish trim
• Cabinet install support and punch adjustments
• Drywall patch/repair and punch list completion
• Basic demolition and site prep
• Siding repair/replacement (fiber cement, wood, vinyl)
• Deck and porch repairs/builds (framing, decking, rails, stairs, trim)
• Exterior rot repair and weatherproofing
• Read scopes/basic plans and execute tasks accurately
• Team & Jobsite Coordination:
• Follow daily task lists and communicate progress/blockers quickly
• Upload field photos and updates as directed
• Maintain clean, safe, organized jobsites, especially in occupied homes
• Coordinate with foreman, project managers, and subcontractors for sequencing and handoffs

• 3+ years of hands‑on residential remodeling experience
• Proficiency in interior and exterior carpentry
• Experience with siding and deck/porch construction or repair
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional conduct when working in occupied homes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in active construction settings

• Cabinet install/adjustment and trim package experience
• Knowledge of flashing, moisture management, and exterior best practices
• Ability to read plans and perform field measurements accurately
• Experience with job documentation apps/software or willingness to learn
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
• $24–$25/hr plus performance‑based bonuses
• Weekly pay cycle

• Full‑Time, Monday–Friday
