Lead Technician
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team for a project involving the expansion and construction of a new building. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling low voltage cables and installing telecommunications cabling. A strong understanding of Cat5 and Cat6 cables, as well as proficiency with hand and power tools, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Pull and install low voltage cables for telecommunications systems.
- Set up and manage the pulling of cables.
- Work with Cat5 and Cat6 cables, ensuring proper installation and labeling.
- Utilize knowledge of conduits and perform conduit bending as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cable installations.
- Collaborate on new build construction projects, interpreting blueprints and plans.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cable pulling and low voltage cabling.
- Proficient with mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience with construction and blueprint interpretation.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Understanding of telecommunications systems and fire alarm cabling.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in low voltage wiring and network cabling.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
