We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team for a project involving the expansion and construction of a new building. The successful candidate will be responsible for pulling low voltage cables and installing telecommunications cabling. A strong understanding of Cat5 and Cat6 cables, as well as proficiency with hand and power tools, is essential for this role.

• Pull and install low voltage cables for telecommunications systems.
• Set up and manage the pulling of cables.
• Work with Cat5 and Cat6 cables, ensuring proper installation and labeling.
• Utilize knowledge of conduits and perform conduit bending as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to cable installations.
• Collaborate on new build construction projects, interpreting blueprints and plans.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cable pulling and low voltage cabling.
• Proficient with mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with construction and blueprint interpretation.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Understanding of telecommunications systems and fire alarm cabling.

• Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience.
• Knowledgeable in low voltage wiring and network cabling.

You will be working on an active construction site, where safety is a priority. We provide essential safety gear, including hard hats, safety glasses, and gloves, but contractors are required to bring their own safety boots and vests. This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis, TN.
