This position reports to the Head of Electrical or their designee and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for mobile medical clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components in mobile medical clinics, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and healthcare standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute electrical installations efficiently.
• Work closely with mechanical and construction teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly.
• Conduct testing and inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to electrical systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes as well as Odulair's quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Follow all safety regulations in all electrical activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Electrical or their designee.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman Electrician License is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
• Proven experience with wiring, panel installations, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of electrical theory, code requirements, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.

Equipment and Applications:

• Proficiency with standard electrical tools and testing equipment.
• Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and record-keeping.

Work Environment Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and manual dexterity.
• Work environment includes exposure to construction zones, machinery, and various materials.
• Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
