We are seeking experienced ISP Fiber Splicers, including both technicians and leads, to support a large multiphase data center infrastructure project. This work involves building high‑density fiber backbone and distribution across multiple floors, including pulling and landing 6,912 fiber trunks, prepping splice frames, performing mass fusion splicing, and completing detailed testing and documentation. This is a long‑term, mission‑critical project supporting the build‑out of a major data center's fiber infrastructure.

- 4 ISP Fiber Splicers Total
- 2 Lead Fiber Splicers (minimum 2 years leadership experience)
- 2 Fiber Splicers (intermediate‑level experience)
- First Shift (Primary Need): 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Second Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12‑hour shifts (clock starts once onsite)
- Report to the same site each day
- Must be open to working in teams or independently
- Perform ribbon/mass fusion splicing (12‑16 strand fusion).
- Route and pull fiber trunks through pathways, including Max Cell installations.
- Prepare and install racks and enclosures (45U racks, Corning 4U panels).
- Build PDRs with LIUs and ribbonize/prep high‑count fiber (6,912f / 864f).
- Splice MPO8 pigtails and complete all associated fiber prep and terminations.
- Install cable trays, patching infrastructure, and bonding/grounding.
- Execute OTDR and power meter testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Label and document all cables, panels, frames, racks, and splice work.
- Work safely and efficiently in high‑density data center environments.
- Leads will oversee up to 8 splicers, manage job reporting, QA/QC, site documentation, and customer‑facing updates.

- LIU, PDR, MPO prep and splicing
- Rack and stack work
- High‑density fiber environments
- Accurate labeling, reporting, and documentation
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
- Experience in data center or high‑density fiber settings
- Ability to read and follow engineered designs
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently or in small teams
- Leads: experience with site photos, reporting, customer communication, QC/QA
Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $35.00/hr.
