We are looking for an experienced, HVAC‑certified Maintenance Technician for the Champion Hills at Windyke apartments in Memphis, Tennessee.
Work scheduleMonday through Friday, rotating weekends on‑call, overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- HVAC and appliance installation and repair
- Plumbing and electrical repair
- Lock installation, repair, and re‑keying
- Preventive maintenance
- Make‑ready
- Daily documentation of work performed
- Following company and OSHA safety policies
- HVAC certification (Universal preferred)
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks
- General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws
- Ability to complete required documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
- Strong organization and time‑management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in both residential and commercial settings
