Electrical Foreman - Per Diem

Position: Electrical Foreman - Per Diem Offered
Trillium Construction is currently hiring an Electrical Foreman for long-term Industrial work in Memphis, TN.

Current project is scheduled for 50+ hrs. per week, working Monday-Friday, with additional days/hours per production, and is expected to run 6+ months with likelihood of up to 1 year or more. Preference for Bilingual English/Spanish speakers but is not a requirement. Pay starts at $36.00/hr doe. Per-diem is available for qualified travelers and is paid at $90.00 per days worked with a minimum 8.00 hr.

- Verifiable experience of 5+ years' Industrial Electrical Supervision role- overseeing crews of 10+
- Relevant/Verifiable Industrial Electrical installation experience, and willingness to actively work on tools when needed.
- Verifiable Work History & References in relevant positions.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
- Ability & Willingness to complete project specific required trainings/orientations
- Tools of the Trade
- Must be proficient working from blueprints, schematics, and engineering plans, with the ability to verify layouts and installation efficiency.
- Should be comfortable, and have experience overseeing crews of 8-12, and willing/able to work on tools if/when needed per production requirements and timelines.
