Carrier is looking for entry-level commercial HVAC technicians to join its Early Career Tradesman Program. This 2-year development program includes comprehensive training and focuses on building skills for light commercial service. Participants will benefit from mentoring and will complete training requirements in both years.
Key qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, and being authorized to work in the U.S. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills and some HVAC knowledge.
