Maintenance Mechanic – Memphis, TN

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic at our Memphis, TN facility.

• Understand and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, company policies, procedures, and general workplace rules.
• Participate in the day‑to‑day health and safety program by working safely at all times, e.g. always using the required personal protective equipment, ensuring that authorized work is completed safely, utilizing required controls to prevent hazard exposure, and actively participating in incident investigations, training, and health and safety initiatives.
• Report all unsafe acts and conditions and all incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries/illnesses per company procedure.
• Repair and/or replace solenoids, cylinders, motors, filters, regulators, oilers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits using schematics.
• Properly size fuses, contractors, and cross‑reference electrical parts.
• Set up and program Variable Frequency Drives with basic PLC skills.
• Verify instrumentation, sensors, and electrical motors through appropriate testing methods.
• Perform advanced welding of pipe or general fabrication.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild, repair, or replace pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, actuators, solenoids, filters, regulators, oilers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and reconfigure pneumatic circuits.
• Demonstrate CMMS experience and knowledge.
• Assist in basic preventative maintenance procedures of equipment and general housekeeping standards.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Understand instruction and follow direction.
• Work primarily in a warm to hot environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
