** Lead Maintenance Technician*
* Memphis, TN

$30-$35/hr

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Overtime Available

We are seeking an experienced  
** Lead Maintenance Technician
** to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure equipment and facility systems operate safely and efficiently.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Lead and support daily maintenance activities.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Assign and monitor work orders.

+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

+ Train and mentor maintenance staff.

+ Maintain CMMS records and manage spare parts inventory.

+ Support equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.

* Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ 2+ years in a lead or senior technician role.

+

Experience with PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC systems.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ CMMS experience preferred.

* Physical Requirements:

* + Lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb.

+ Comfortable working in an industrial environment.
