State of Tennessee is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker to perform unskilled and skilled maintenance tasks at the Hartford Welcome Center in Cocke County, TN. This on-site role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and landscaping work under supervision.
You will identify issues, use tools, dismantle fixtures, and complete work orders while ensuring preventative maintenance plans are followed. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
