Within the Direction of Technical Services, you will join the Shared Services for Built Heritage and Motor Vehicle Pool, a service essential to the functioning and quality of the communal heritage. You will work in a varied technical environment, directly linked to the maintenance and improvement of communal buildings. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and intervene on projects in-house as well as on services provided by external companies.

This strategic position places you at the heart of the operational organization of the built heritage, with a strong dimension of coordination, technical management, and safety.

Under the authority of the head of shared services for built heritage and motor vehicle pool, you will lead and supervise a team of agents working in the fields of electricity, masonry, and painting. Your role is to organize, plan, and control the maintenance and repair work of the built heritage, whether carried out in-house or by external contractors. You are responsible for the quality of the interventions, the respect of safety rules, the monitoring of budgets, and the good coordination of the projects.

You also provide technical expertise to support the choices of the community and optimize the solutions implemented. You will also manage the illuminations for the end-of-year festivities: planning, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of lighting devices in public spaces, in liaison with the concerned services and in compliance with electrical safety rules.

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
• You have solid experience in technical building trades, ideally in electricity, electrotechnics, or maintenance of built heritage.
• You master the rules of building maintenance as well as safety standards, particularly in RPL environments. You are comfortable with project management, the follow-up of contractors, and the use of heritage management tools.
• You have a sense of organization and a real capacity for leadership, you know how to manage a team, distribute activities, and ensure the quality of the work done.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, responsive, and enjoy working as a team. Your sense of responsibility and your ability to account are recognized.
• You have low voltage electrical qualifications, this is an asset.

Pre-requisites: CAP / BEP / BAC PRO / BTS in electricity, electrotechnics, electromechanical or equivalent field
• Significant experience in the field
• Low voltage electrical qualifications desired
