Maintenance Technician - Memphis

As a Service Technician for Redeemers Group, you’ll go to customers’ homes to safely inspect, maintain, and repair high‑quality specialty systems and repair products that we have installed. You’ll communicate with the customer throughout the job and ensure they have a remarkable experience. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home. No specific experience is necessary;

we’ll provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Unrestricted ability to walk, kneel, and crawl.
• Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 × 18 clearance.
• Ability to travel across West Tennessee, East Arkansas, and North Mississippi a few times per month; all travel is planned out in advance.
• Strong listening, coaching, and follow‑up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
