As a valued member of our workforce, you'll be responsible for efficiently scheduling and executing service requests using our advanced work order management system. • Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
• Benefits: Employee-only benefits (health, dental, vision) at no cost. Add a spouse or child at a competitive price.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 paid over the first 180 days. $500 Tool Allowance paid at 60 days and annually on the anniversary.
• Quarterly Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to $1,050 per quarter if technician averages 40 hrs worked and 38 hrs billed per week (up to $4,200/year).
• Hours: Minimum 40 hrs per week; overtime available.
• Work Environment: Own schedule; vehicle provided; tools required.
• Job Type: Full‑time hourly employment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, estimate and complete repairs per property needs.
• Organize and schedule work orders—crucial to hit KPIs.
• Audit and close out all credit card transactions.
• Attend/participate in weekly meetings.
• Perform daily/weekly vehicle inspections.

• Must be a licensed HVAC Technician (Required).
• Valid driver’s license (Required).
• 1+ year residential plumbing experience (Required).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
