Odin Properties is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to service our multifamily community in Memphis, TN. You will manage resident work orders and turnovers, performing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks with a focus on reliability and quality.
Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in apartment maintenance, a Type 2 EPA certification, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. On‑call rotations and strong attendance are required.
