Overview
The Service Technician is responsible for installing and servicing advanced equipment for new and existing customers throughout the food service industry. The role includes on-site installation, training, routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Compensation- $26.00 per hour
- Shift differential
- Overtime pay
- Quarterly bonus up to $5,200 per year

- Install and maintain products safely, timely, and accurately
- Meet operational goals and timelines (service labor per hour, first‑time right, 5S standards)
- Comply with internal processes and federal/local regulations (DOT, OSHA, HACCP)
- Maintain parts and supply levels in service vehicles and complete required paperwork
- Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations
- Provide professional service, training, and coaching to customers
- Use iPhone apps for parts, customer notes, and timekeeping
- Work may include night installation shifts; schedule varies by customer demand
- Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem‑solving skills for installation and service issues
- Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Strong customer focus and positive communication skills
- Maintenance of a safe driving record and compliance with Fleet Safety requirements
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, stand, walk, climb, twist, turn, and reach
- Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet
- Vocational training or related education
