- Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Educate customers on solutions and system improvements
- Sell services and upgrades ethically and professionally
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Represent Precision Air Conditioning and Heating LLC with integrity
- Minimum 1 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Clean background check
- Ability to pass a drug test prior to employment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability and willingness to sell services to customers
