Sprinkler Service Technician

VSC Fire & Security in Memphis, Tennessee, a premier provider of fire protection and life‑safety solutions across the Southeast, is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician.

• Excellent pay $30.00 – $40.00 per hour, based on experience

• Two to three years of experience installing sprinkler systems
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to establish productivity onsite and set goals for employees to meet deadlines
• Competent in reading plans, documents, meters, and discerning colors for safety signage
• Eagerness for professional development and growth
• Ability to pass various background checks
• Reliable transportation and a valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle
• Desirable (but not required): experience in the construction industry

• Install, modify, test, and service sprinkler systems
• Follow design plans for installation jobs and communicate any design changes, perform service and deficiency jobs, and document any changes
• Manage materials delivered to the site and perform minor fabrication on the job site; act as the company representative on site and may oversee day‑to‑day work of other employees assigned to the job
• Maintain proper risk management and safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies
