We're seeking a dependable and safety-focused Insulator to join our team. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair thermal, acoustic, and fire‑resistant insulation on pipes, ductwork, boilers, tanks, and other equipment in commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate has experience working with insulation materials, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

• Install insulation on piping, ductwork, boilers, tanks, vessels, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation materials using hand and power tools.
• Apply weatherproofing, vapor barriers, and protective jacketing as required.
• Remove and replace damaged or outdated insulation.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to complete projects accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.

• Previous experience as an Insulator, Mechanical Insulator, or Insulation Technician preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and work specifications.
• Experience using insulation tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
