Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We aren't looking for someone who just signs off on tickets or calls a contractor the second a fault code pops up. We need a solid Jack-of-all-Trades—a skilled technician who takes pride in high-quality work, keeps the entire operation running, and tries to fix equipment himself before even thinking about outsourcing.
From production lines to warehouse equipment, if it moves, rolls, or runs on electricity, you’ll be keeping it in top shape. If you're the type of mechanic who stays ahead of breakdowns with proper PMs, digs into an electrical panel, and leaves the facility better than you found it, we want to talk to you.

- Keep the Lines Running: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on high-speed conveyors, packaging lines, drive systems, and heavy equipment.
- Maintain Rolling Stock: Troubleshoot, service, and repair warehouse machinery—including electric/gas forklifts, pallet jacks, stackers, and floor scrubbers.
- Electrical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)—from simple parameter tweaks to diagnosing panel faults.
- Mechanical & Fluid Power: Tackle hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and line alignments.
- Keep Work In-House: Be our first line of defense. You troubleshoot, test, and attempt the repair internally before any outside service rep gets called.
- Quality & Improvement: Fix it right the first time. No band-aids or cut corners—just solid, reliable work that reduces downtime.
