Electrical Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Memphis, Tennessee

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead electrical crews in the field.

The ideal candidate will have strong power distribution experience, hands-on electrical expertise, and the ability to effectively lead a field crew.

Schedule:

7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas Crew Oversight:
Approximately 15–20 personnel. Pay: $38/hr - $40/hr, $150/day per diem.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise assigned electrical crews and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
  • Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform and oversee electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Install electrical and instrument wiring, devices, supports, equipment, and related systems.
  • Read and understand electrical drawings, manuals, schematics, and P&IDs.
  • Perform and document calibrations, installations, fault diagnosis, and repairs of electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic instruments and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation, controls, AC/DC motor controls, and drives.
  • Identify and correct measurement and instrumentation errors.
  • Replace instrumentation and controls as required.
  • Assist with testing and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate redline drawings and communicate field changes to supervision.
  • Consult with the Superintendent and project supervision regarding troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Monitor crew productivity and work quality.
  • Ensure all crew members follow proper safety procedures and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
  • Strong power distribution experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical installation, troubleshooting, controls, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, manuals, and P&IDs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to direct a crew and coordinate daily field activities.
  • OSHA 10, or ability to obtain one
  • Must be able to work 7 days per week, 12-hour shifts through Christmas.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
