Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues/equipment;
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) on machines, tools, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, automation, plumbing) to ensure safe, functional operations;
Maintain the overall safety and appearance of the building, including painting, lighting, groundskeeping, snow removal, and floor repairs;
Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to understand system operations;
Maintain detailed repair logs, performance data, and work records using maintenance-tracking software
