We're looking for a motivated entry-level Closet Installer who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing company. Whether you have experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, or are eager to learn a skilled trade, we'll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
Every installation is an opportunity to turn a client's vision into reality. You'll work alongside experienced team members installing beautiful, custom-designed organization systems while developing valuable skills in finish carpentry, problem-solving, and customer service.

Requirements- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and finish trim carpentry a plus
- Support all operations related to planning, preparation, setup and execution of installation closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
