Main Street Renewal is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to respond to and repair resident-reported issues across our Memphis area properties. You will manage daily work orders, perform trades tasks, and document outcomes with photos to support property condition management.
The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work with the Maintenance Lead or Supervisor and may travel to multiple sites within the metro area.
