Sr O&M Specialist | University Hospital | Full Time | Day Shift

Methodist Le Bonheur Health -  - Responsibilities:
Performs and oversees work orders for complex preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems at a journeyman's level;
Determines the nature of the problem and ensures that repairs at a journeyman's level are completed in a timely and quality manner;
Performs and guides the maintenance of machinery incidental to system operations at a journeyman's level of expertise;
Reads drawings, diagrams, sketches and verbal instructions to organize tasks and maintain workflow;
Mentors and trains less experienced O & M Specialists
