Job Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of electrical operators on the second shift, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan, schedule, and execute electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to facilitate repairs and modifications.
- Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless operational transitions and project continuity.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inventory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the electrical department.
- Participate in root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
