As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital team member responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. With core skills in English, mechanical knowledge, and facilities maintenance, you will perform tasks such as troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment. Your premium skills in programmable logic controllers and welding will be beneficial in handling advanced machinery and systems. Additionally, your relevant skills in residential painting, customer service, and leadership will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our maintenance operations.

Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive and emergency maintenance requirements on Electric Controls, Electric Motors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Conveyor Systems, and Welding Machines. Follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct and safe operation of equipment and machinery using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, electrical systems, pneumatic tools, hydraulic equipment, and welding equipment.
  • Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
  • Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing metrics.
  • Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
  • Safely operate cranes, power tools, hoists and hand tools.
  • Assess the condition of used parts using micrometers, calipers and specifications.
  • Maintain parts and tools inventory.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and summary presentations using daily activity logs, analysis and trends.
  • Maintain electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical knowledge via ongoing training, industry workshops and technical reading.
  • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and equipment needs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required
  • Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics
  • Understanding of electrical systems and PLCs
  • Comfortable with computers
  • Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred
  • Understanding of PLCs and field devices such as photo eyes, proximity sensors and transducers.
  • Experience with stepper motors and drives.
  • Familiarity with Fanuc Robotics systems.
  • Advanced technical or college training.

Job Types: Full‑time, Temporary

Pay: $21.72 - $23.19 per hour + daily bonuses
