Action Fire Protection is hiring entry-level and experienced employees for field installation and shop fabrication positions in the Memphis area.
Our work involves fire-sprinkler pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, and system installation. Previous fire-protection experience is helpful but not required—we provide specialized, hands‑on training. Candidates with experience or interest in welding, pipe fitting, fabrication, industrial maintenance, construction, or other mechanical trades are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and interested in building a long-term skilled‑trade career. We offer opportunities to develop valuable skills and advance into fitter, welder, foreman, and leadership positions.
